  • What type of insurance does your agency accept?  Does your agency accept Medicare and Medicaid?

    We at Gentle Care Nursing Service, Inc. accept a variety of private health insurances and long-term care insurance. Long-term insurance consist of insurance generally not covered by health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We unfortunately do not accept Medicare and Medicaid at this time. However, we will be able to assist you in determining if the service that you need is covered by your insurance policy and/or we will work with you to setup private pay arrangements.

  • Is there someone available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or concerns I may have?

    Yes, someone is available 24 hours 7 days a week to handle any question, problems or emergencies that arise. In addition, at the start of care, a detailed emergency plan is put in place with our client and their family members.

  • How are caregivers assigned? Will I always be placed with the same caregiver?

    All of our caregivers are trained and skilled to provide all the services that our agency offers. Our clients meet with their potential caregivers from the beginning.  Based on the service needs of our clients, we at Gentle Care Nursing Service, Inc. work diligently to match the right caregiver to our clients.

  • What happens if I am not happy with the caregiver that is referred by your agency?  How are complaints dealt with or handled?

    If you are not happy with the caregiver provide to you we will promptly see to it that our client’s issues are resolved and a new caregiver is provided to you. Gentle Care Nursing Service, Inc. is here to serve our clients; we are more than willing to adjust to meet your needs.

  • What are your cancelation policies on services?

    We ask that our clients provide 48 hour notice before ending service.
